Once at the dashboard, choose Create a Blog
Name your blog
1101yoursection&group number
Example: 1101G5Group1
Also use this title for your URL
Choose a basic template (you can modify later)
Now, you can either “Start Blogging Now” or “Customize How Your Blog Looks”
Feel free to customize how your blog looks if you like!
Go to your dashboard in order to edit your properties
Click on the “B” in the upper left corner to access the main dashboard
Set "basic" category as a group
Next, select permissions
“Invite” each of your group members to be authors by entering their email addresses
Group members! Go to your email and follow the instructions so you will have access to the blog!
Decide who will read your blog. You can either select “anybody” or “only people I choose.” If you choose the second option you MUST add me as a reader!
Under “formatting” leave everything as is EXCEPT make sure time is set to Eastern Time.
Under “comments” please add your email addresses to receive notice when comments are posted.
Log out, follow the instructions in your email, log back in. Otherwise you will post as me, and to everyone's groups. Today you will make 1 or 2 posts.
